To troubleshoot charging issues with your CLIK S earbuds and case, follow these steps:
- Connect your case to a power outlet using the charging cable provided.
- Make sure charging points on both your earbuds and the case are clean and free of blockages.
- Place the right earbud into the case – if the LED light on the earbud flashes red then the earbud has been placed correctly and is charging.
- Repeat step 3 with the left earbud.
- If the red LED lights are not flashing on the earbuds, press the battery indicator button located on the back of the case to force start a charge.
- Leave the case open and charge for at least 8 consecutive hours.
- If your earbuds and/or case still won’t charge, contact our support team for further guidance.
