If your CLIK PRO will not connect to your iPhone, Android phone , iPad, or Laptop, try to pair your CLIK PRO to your device again.

Update your iPhone or iPad or update your Mac to the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.

Put both CLIK PRO in the charging case and make sure that both CLIK PRO are charging.

Make sure that Bluetooth is on:

On iPhone , go to Settings > Bluetooth on iPhone or iPad.

On Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Bluetooth.

If your CLIK PRO appear in the list of devices, select them, then test them by playing audio from your device. Make sure the volume on your device is turned up.

If your CLIK PRO don't appear in the list of devices, or they do appear but won't connect, go to the next step.

Push the earbuds back in the case, wait 15 seconds, then get them out.
